PARTNERSHIP | 4 FOUR WAYS IN
How we work together.
Real operational change isn't a quick fix. It's a foundation that gets built deliberately, and then handed off, so your team can carry it forward on their own. Here's what that looks like, depending on where you are.
01 - THE FLAGSHIP
MULTI-QUARTER
The Foundation Build
Operational leadership, embedded and hands-on.
Most teams that need this are stuck between two bad options. Hire a full-time ops leader they can't quite justify or afford yet, or keep patching the operation themselves and hope it holds as they scale. This is the third option.
For a multi-quarter stretch, I become your senior operational leadership, the strategic head and the hands doing the work. Not a strategist who leaves you the doing. Not a contractor executing a plan without owning whether it's right. Both, in one person, embedded with your team.
Together we figure out the operational strategy your customer function actually needs, and I build it on the ground, in real time, as part of how your team operates. It's the depth and judgment of a senior ops leader, without the cost, ramp, or long-term commitment of a full-time hire.
And it's built to outlast me: documented, teachable, designed to be inherited. When the engagement ends, your team runs it themselves or hands it cleanly to a new hire. You're never dependent on me to keep it working.

MULTI- QUARTER FRACTIONAL ENGAGEMENT
You're not buying my hours. You're getting an embedded operational lead, building a strategy that moves through your entire organization and outlasts the engagement.

02 - SCOPED BUILD
The Project
One clear goal, built right.
Starting at $25,000 · scoped to the goal
Senior, hands-on delivery of one strategic operational build, done right and left solid.
THREE MONTH MINIMUM
Sometimes you don't need your whole operation rethought. You have one specific, strategic thing that has to get built, redesigning how customers move through your organization, closing the gaps where they fall between teams, building the system that turns customer signal into action the rest of the company can use, and you need it done properly, by someone who's done it before, without pulling your team off everything else to figure it out.
That's a project. We scope it around one clear goal, and I build it, the strategy and the hands, until it's real and running. Not a recommendation for your team to go execute. The actual thing, delivered.
I run these over at least three months, because operational work that's meant to last can't be rushed into a few weeks. Anything faster is a patch, and patches are usually what created the problem in the first place.
03 - CONTINUITY
Momentum Mode
A focused 90 minutes on the thing you're stuck on.
AFTER AN ENGAGEMENT
The fastest way to waste a great operational build is to walk away from it the moment it's done. Systems drift. Priorities shift. The person who understood how it all fit together gets pulled onto the next fire, and six months later you're patching again.
Momentum Mode keeps that from happening. After a Foundation Build or a Project, I stay on at a lighter cadence, a strategic partner who already knows your operation, helping your team keep it sharp, evolve it as you grow, and make the calls that keep it moving in the right direction.
It's not a starting point. It's how you protect the investment you already made, and keep it compounding instead of quietly decaying.
90 MINUTES
04 - SINGLE SESSION
Strategy Sessions
Keep what we built compounding.
$2,000-5,000/month · depending on cadence · added after an engagement
Ongoing strategic partnership, scoped to how much support your team actually needs.
Sometimes you don't need a build. You have a specific challenge, a problem you can't quite crack, an idea you want to pressure-test, a decision you keep circling, and you need a sharp, experienced outside brain on it for a little while.
That's a strategy session. We get into the real problem, not the surface version of it, and work through how you'd actually operationalize it. You leave with a follow-up document: my read on your situation and the specific next steps I'd prioritize, so it's not just a good conversation, it's something you can act on Monday.
$750 · 90 minutes
Credited toward a larger engagement if you book within 90 days.
Let’s start with a conversation.
A lot of leaders find themselves in a cycle where it feels like you're moving constantly, working hard, doing the same things you've always done, but the momentum and the results aren't matching the effort. Something's off, and it's hard to name exactly what, or where to push on it.
That's the kind of thing I love thinking through. You don't need a defined project or to slot yourself into one of the options above. I'm always happy to talk it through, whether that turns into an engagement or just helps you understand where the friction actually is.
Tell me what's going on. We'll figure out together whether I'm the right person to help, and if I'm not, I'll point you toward who is.
